Certified personal trainer and triathlon coach Christine Litwicki has joined Olympus Executive Fitness Center, located in the mixed-retail building at 2155 City Gate Lane next to Hotel Arista.
Litwicki, who has completed a marathon and several sprint and Olympic distance triathlons, has been a personal trainer for over 10 years. She is both National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified. She achieved Level I Coach certification by USA Triathlon, the U.S. Olympic Committee governing body for the national triathlon, dualthlon, aquathlon and winter triathlon teams.
A Naperville resident, she attended high school in Iowa, swimming for the YMCA and then becoming a swim coach. She then earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Iowa. She understands the limited time clients may have for exercise and can create efficient, results-driven custom workouts and programs.
